Designing with empathy, driven by impact.
I’m a product designer inspired by people, culture,
and the power of thoughtful designs. I believe great products come from balancing creativity, research,
and strategy. With experience across end-to-end design processes, I love turning complex challenges into intuitive, engaging user experiences
that create real value.
From fashion design founder to UX design leader, my career has been driven by curiosity and a passion for human-centered experiences.
After launching multiple fashion brands, I shifted my focus from products to the people using them, earning a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction and Design.
I’ve since led UX initiatives for global brands like
Baskin Robbins, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Code.org.
Now, as an HCI and UX design instructor,
I empower future designers to create thoughtful,
impactful digital solutions rooted inempathy and innovation.
My Current Role

As an HCI and UX Design Instructor, I design and teach university-level courses in Human Factors, Design Thinking, and Advanced Graphic Design, with a strong emphasis on practical UX design application. I create an environment that bridges theory and practice, incorporating real-world methodologies and hands-on projects. In addition to teaching, I mentor students, provide critical feedback on UX thesis work, and coach future designers in applying
user-centered, accessible, and ethical design principles.

Baskin Robbins - Accessibility Design
In alignment with the Disability Discrimination Act,
I led the product team in designing and implementing accessible solutions for Baskin Robbins' digital platforms, with an initial focus on restaurant kiosks. Launched in August 2024, the redesigned platform incorporates key accessibility features, including screen reader compatibility, high-contrast mode, and magnification functionality, fully compliant with WCAG 2.0 standards.
Baskin Robbins - Kiosk Redesign
As Senior Manager of UX, I led the end-to-end design and research transformation of the Baskin Robbins kiosk — its first major redesign since 2010. Through comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research,
I identified critical user pain points and iteratively refined the design to address them. Launched in May 2024, the renewed kiosk experience delivered substantial improvements, reducing order processing time by 29% and increasing loyalty program participation by 70%.
Code.org - Website Redesign
Partnering with Code.org, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding computer science education for young women and underrepresented groups, I served as Design Lead on a five-month capstone project with the MHCID program at UC Irvine. In this role, I applied design thinking frameworks to uncover user insights and deliver actionable solutions that improved accessibility and engagement across Code.org’s digital experiences.
Code.org - Expert Evaluations
As part of the website redesign project, we conducted expert evaluations to uncover existing usability challenges. Our research approach combined heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, and the analysis of user behavior through Google Analytics, providing comprehensive insights to inform our design strategy.
OneCal - Mobile App Design
OneCal is an integrated calendar application designed to provide an all-in-one solution for seamless schedule management.

Recess - Desktop and Tablet App Design
Recess is a digital platform for children, focused on enhancing emotional and physical well-being through interactive live activities and creating safe spaces for both virtual and independent socialization experiences.
Apartments.com- usability testing
To improve the browsing experience for renters on Apartments.com, our MHCID team conducted a heuristic evaluation and competitive analysis to identify key usability challenges. Based on these findings, we executed and analyzed three types of usability testing — card sorting, quantitative testing, and qualitative testing — to inform data-driven design improvements.
